Pole Silks
What’s more fun than combining 2 awesome aerial activities into 1 amazing mashup class? Pole Silks take the excitement of aerial silks and attaches it to the pole for a unique experience. This is also a great option for those who like the added security of a “harness” while they spin on the pole.
Class Options:
- Pole Silks (Intro Level)
- Pole Silks (Mixed Level)
Kid Class
This class is specially designed for younger children to explore the athletic side of pole. They will also have the opportunity to learn the pole silks. Class sizes are kept small for safety. Minimum age requirement is that your child be potty trained and is able to follow instructions given by the teacher. Parents are welcome, but not required, to sit in on their child’s class at any time.

Bendability
If you’re looking to get a good stretch or extend your flexibility, this is one you’ll want to try. Whether you’re working on your splits, back bends or expanding the range of motion in your shoulders, each class is tailored to your specific needs for that day.
Aerial Flow
Use of Aerial Hammock for stretching and strengthening. Great option for those looking for low impact options.
Floor Flow
Contemporary floor movement based class.
Chairlesque
Burlesque meets Chair in this exotic style class. Kick up your feet, flip your hair, and feel like a queen while you learn a short choreographed sequence. You can even take these moves home. *wink* (must be +18)
Exotic Flow
Strap on your heels and slide on those kneepads, because we get down and dirty for this class. Explore the sexy side of pole and release your inner diva while you spin and twirl around the pole. All levels welcome, must be +18.
Pole Fit
Don’t be fooled by the 30 min time slot on this class; Be prepared to have your behind kick! All levels are welcome to attend this upbeat HIIT style workout that utilizes the pole and your body weight to kickstart your heartrate and get you sweaty. 3 fun style options to try!

Open Pole
Use this time to practice what you’ve learned or freestyle to your favorite music. You may also make use of any equipment in the studio: Elliptical/Stepper Cardio Machine, Dumbbells, Resistance bands/ loops, Muscle Rollers, Lyra (aerial hoop), Pole Silks, and of course, the Pole.
Although a staff member will be present for your safety, this is NOT an instructor led class. This should not to be used as your “make-up lesson” or “private lesson” time. If you have questions about a move, or need assistance with spotting, the staff member present is more than happy to assist.
